Fred Jannino (a division of Jannino Painting & Design) is a small family business dedicated to interior and exterior painting services. From grand estate homes to bungalows on the beach to waterfront condo penthouse units to modest rental homes, we approach each and every project with care and meticulous execution to ensure that each project is brought in on time and on budget.

Fred Jannino, the owner, brings over 30+ years of hands-on experience and has been serving select clientele in swfl since 2008. Fred personally meets with each and every client and is on-site from beginning to end of every project. We work one on one with the homeowners - no middlemen! All projects regardless of size require an onsite walk-thru / evaluation. Once we meet with you and assess the project we will prepare a proposal and walk you through every step of the process.

Please note that during season and following significant weather events our wait list runs anywhere from 4-12 weeks between estimate appointment and start date. All projects require a signed proposal/agreement and deposit before placing your project into our schedule.
